EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All requests for an exchange or return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order, and will only be accepted if postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your order.  Some exceptions will apply at special times of the year.  All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Authorization Number). Please contact us for the RMA# prior to shipping goods back to us.  A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the return.  Please include a note of explanation with your request.

CATCH YOUR EYE reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange, charge a restocking fee, or make an exchange for merchandise only, if the item is damaged, scratched or not in the original purchased condition. Note: Due to the nature of the product loose, replacement or extra lenses, including Hydrotac stick-on lenses are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Specials or close-outs are considered final sale.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable and shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.  If an item is returned for refund, and it was originally shipped to you with free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of standard shipping from the refunded amount.  We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, therefore please add tracking to your package.

WARRANTY

All CliC products purchased from Catch Your Eye are warranted to the original purchaser for up to six months from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship.  Catch Your Eye will repair or replace, at our discretion, any CliC product found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.  We do not offer replacement parts or spare parts for purchase.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover any shipping costs. There may be additional costs if your repair is not covered under the warranty. 1. Copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase
2. Note indicating how your CliC eyewear broke
3. Your full name, phone number, address and email in the event that we need to contact you.
